Declaration of Originality

As part of the submission process, authors must download and complete the Declaration of Originality, Authorship, and Responsibility. The document must include all requested information and the scanned, electronic, or digital signature of each author.

When a manuscript has more than one author, the information and signatures of all authors must be included in a single document, following the declared order of authorship for publication. If the number of authors exceeds the spaces available in the form, additional sections must be added following the same structure.

The declaration must be uploaded as a separate file after the anonymized manuscript has been uploaded, in accordance with MENTOR’s Article Submission Process.

This document contains identifying information about the authors and is for editorial team use only. It will not be shared with reviewers during the double-blind peer-review process.

The declaration includes information concerning manuscript originality and exclusivity, authorship and CRediT contributions, funding, competing interests, ethical considerations, use of artificial intelligence, copyright, and acceptance of MENTOR’s editorial policies.
