Journal History

MENTOR Journal of Educational and Sports Research, as a scientific dissemination organ, is a quarterly publication published by the College of Recreation, Physical Activity, and Sports Professionals (COLPRAFYD). It was created by Dr. Richar Jacobo Posso Pacheco in June 2020, with its first publication in January 2021, with the commitment to disseminate research results in the multidisciplinary fields of education and sports. Immediately, it established itself as an excellent medium for the dissemination of theories and practices in the aforementioned areas.

The production and dissemination of MENTOR Journal of Educational and Sports Research have experienced rapid progress in achieving the quality criteria that distinguish scientific journals. The journal is considered by our readers and researchers as one of the best in Ecuador, acquiring greater prestige through its issues in terms of dissemination and visibility of intellectual production.
