Características del debriefing asociadas con el desarrollo del juicio clínico en estudiantes de enfermería

El debriefing se reconoció como una fase de la simulación clínica vinculada con la reflexión sobre las decisiones adoptadas y con el desarrollo del juicio clínico en estudiantes de enfermería. El objetivo fue analizar las características del debriefing asociadas con el desarrollo del juicio clínico en estudiantes de enfermería. Se realizó una revisión documental narrativa y analítica entre 2010 y 2026. El análisis se organizó en categorías relacionadas con estructuración, reflexión, facilitación, seguridad psicológica, participación activa, modelos combinados, autodebriefing, participación entre pares, uso de video y organización temporal. Se encontró que el desarrollo del juicio clínico se relacionó principalmente con debriefings estructurados, orientados a reconstruir la interpretación de la situación clínica, guiados mediante preguntas abiertas y desarrollados en un entorno psicológicamente seguro. También se observó que la autoevaluación, la participación entre pares y los recursos audiovisuales resultaron útiles cuando se integraron en un proceso reflexivo organizado. Ninguna modalidad o modelo mostró superioridad constante y que los resultados dependieron de la articulación entre estructura, facilitación, reflexión, seguridad psicológica, tiempo suficiente y continuidad.
